1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by InQik ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

InQik provides the following services:

  • Google Business Profile optimization and management
  • Review collection system setup and management
  • Visibility monitoring and reporting
  • Competitor intelligence and analysis
  • Multi-location management for franchises and chains

Specific deliverables for each service will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile
  • Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Provide photos, content, and updates as requested
  • Ensure you have the legal right to represent the business
  • Not engage in practices that violate Google's guidelines

4. Payment Terms

One-Time Services

  • 50% advance payment required before work begins
  • Remaining 50% due upon completion of deliverables

Monthly Services

  • Payment due on the 1st of each month
  • Services may be paused after 7 days of non-payment
  • Services terminated after 15 days of non-payment

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided after deliverables have been completed. For monthly services, no refunds for partial months upon cancellation.

5. Deliverables & Guarantees

What We Guarantee

  • All listed deliverables completed to professional standards
  • Profile 100% complete per Google's available features
  • Review collection system set up and operational
  • Monthly management tasks completed as outlined
  • Timely communication and responsive support
  • Best practices followed per current Google guidelines

What We Cannot Guarantee

  • Specific Google search ranking positions
  • Number of reviews received from customers
  • Increase in phone calls, website visits, or footfall
  • Revenue growth or specific business outcomes
  • Actions of competitors or market conditions
  • Changes to Google's algorithm or policies

These outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm, customer behavior, competition, and market conditions. However, optimized profiles consistently outperform incomplete ones.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content created specifically for your business (descriptions, posts, etc.) becomes your property upon payment
  • Our methodologies, processes, and tools remain our intellectual property
  • You may not resell or redistribute our services without written permission

7. Confidentiality

We will keep all your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InQik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Reputational damage

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

By Client

You may terminate services at any time with 15 days written notice. For monthly services, termination will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

By InQik

We may terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received after 15 days
  • You violate these terms or Google's guidelines
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • Continued service would damage our reputation

10. Google Guidelines Compliance

All our services are designed to comply with Google's Business Profile guidelines. We do not engage in:

  • Fake reviews or review manipulation
  • Keyword stuffing in business names
  • Creating listings for non-existent businesses
  • Any other practices prohibited by Google

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, with the venue being Karnataka.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
